Description

Seasonal rental. Minimum stay of 32 days and maximum of 11 months.
Magnificent duplex overlooking the sea.
Located in a modern building and built with the best materials. It has direct private access to Gaztetape beach. It also has a gym and a communal sauna.
On the ground floor it has a kitchen, living room and a toilet. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the 2 terraces. Two of the bedrooms have access to the north terrace, which faces the sea. The 13 square metre south-facing terrace is ideal for relaxing in the sun or turning it into a dining area, as it has outdoor furniture of chairs, tables and sun loungers.

The 30 square metre garage, located under the building, is accessed by the lift. Two vehicles can be parked in a row.

Intermediate cleaning and change of sheets and towels every 15 days included.
Final cleaning included.

Todo tal y como se describe en el anuncio y las fotos o incluso mejor. Ubicación perfecta, un enclave precioso y tranquilo. Trato inmejorable . Lo hemos disfrutado muchísimo y repetiremos el año que viene.

Fantástica ubicación, casa limpia y espaciosa con unas vistas inmejorables. El aparcamiento es un plus a tener muy en cuenta en Getaria donde aparcar en verano es complicado. La comunicación con Amaia y Aberri, estupenda. Volveremos!

Excelente sitio para unas vacaciones tranquilas en la playa. El apartamento dispone de terrazas privadas donde tomar el sol en caso de no haber demasiado sitio en la playa. Para repetir.

Practico , amplio, bien situado, las vistas són excelentes, el trato de las gestoras es excelente. Dispone de plaza de aparcamiento lo que lo hace aun mas practico. Es muy nuevo.
