An apartment ideal for 4 people located on the seventh floor of the Ondar Gain building in Mendilauta, about 100 metres from the beach & close to the restaurant Arguinano.
Guests can enjoy spectacular views of the sea, nearby Getaria and the mountains to the south of Zarautz.
The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a twin nest bed and the other main bedroom with two individual beds. Both bedrooms are bright and provide the same excellent views. The apartment also features an American-style kitchen together with a living room and dining área in an open plan arrangement. Finally there is a bathroom with shower plus a balcony perfect for meals and suitable for use in Summer or Winter due to its ingenious folding glass window system.
An underground parking space is also included together with a secure storage área, both accesible by lift in the same building as the apartment.
The Ondar Gain complex benefits from an attractive comunal garden with children’s play área and a basketball court.
Important note: Check- in is from 16:00 to 22:00. hours. Late check-in until 00:00 has an extra cost of 50 euros.

Cozy apartment with an amazing view and everything you need

The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything you need, the balcony is fantastic because you can close it with the glass panes in windy or colder weather and still have a great view of the sea and the fantastic lasee more
The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything you need, the balcony is fantastic because you can close it with the glass panes in windy or colder weather and still have a great view of the sea and the fantastic landscape. There is also an underground parking space where you can park your car and also store surfboards, as the beach is only 200 m away on foot. In the immediate vicinity there are at least 2 very good cafes/bars where you can also buy bread. The nearest supermarket is just 10 minutes away on foot and the old town with its fantastic bars is also only 15 minutes away. If Zarautz isn't enough for you, the surrounding area with Getaria, Donostia, Bilbao etc. also offers an enormous number of possibilities. The support and communication was also great and we felt we were in good hands. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back.

This apartment is a fabulous place for a family vacation. It has everything you need in an ideal location. The underground parking is terrific and the views are amazing. Aberri was a gem and met our every need. I'd give it six stars if I could.
